Sunday!

so this morning; we were meant to wake up at 7am because we were going to church at 9 - i set my alarm up at 7am.

i woke up at 6

DAMN IT!

i then went back to sleep; and woke up at 7... no one was awake, so i went back to sleep...

i woke up at 9 - crap; everyone just started to wake up :P no morning church then

we (Leah's Mom, Leah and I) all got ready and took the train to the city; cos we were going to watch this Christmas Parade (originally right after church).

it was ok.
as far as parades go; it could have been better.

we then went to go eat lunch at a sushi Train place; oddly enough i got full even though i ate like 5 pieces of sushi.

I got Leah's mom a nice bouquet of Lillies to show my thanks for putting up with me for a whole week :P

anyway; we then decided to go check out the swarovski Christmas Tree in QVB (queen victoria something) and it was HUGE - 3 levels of crystal decorated tree goodness; they had barriers put up so people like me cant steal the crystals :P

afterwards we separated; leah and i took a train to Meadowbank to go to a Korean Church; it was cool cos they had it at a Warehouse.
it felt so underground; kinda like Tokyo Drift, but it was church :D

i met new, cool people (all who were Korean) and the message by the pastor was very encouraging :]

we got a lift from a guy who we just met - he was MAD cool - back to the train stn. and when we got there the train was just arriving so leah didnt have time to buy a ticket.

anyway, we got off scott free and we met Leah's mum at Woolworths/Safeway.
we walked to the Korean BBQ place and we placed our order while we waited for the rest of Leah's family to arrive.

they did eventually but by that time we already ate most of the Bulgogi, have cooked the Wagyu Beef, and was starting on the SamGyeopSal.

anyway, we finished eventually; i'm pretty sure the waiter/waitresses that served us were glad to get rid of us, cos we were pretty annoying with all the asking for rice and bowls and what not.

we went home full and i kinda got ready for tommorow's EARLY ARSE FLIGHT.

Leah and I burned some time by watching "one tree hill" and talking about stuff.

now i'm just writing this blog.

Man i'm SO gonna miss sydney - and i havnt even gone yet!

the YT gathering was pretty cool; i had tons of fun :D

so anyway; we took the train to Circular Quay but we were worried they'd be gone cos we were an hour late :P (again)

but it was alright cos they we all there, with their cameras and what not.

these people were sooo cool in real life, really laid back and not what you'd expect from just watching their Youtube Personas.

so yeah - when we got back from Manly we then gathered back to the park and then we decided as to what we were going to do now.
They all went to karaoke and goin to a bar after but Leah and I walked to CBD and went to get some Sticker Photos!

it sucked tho cos we missed the bus cos it arrived too early - Leah and I were like "WTF? it didnt even think of stopping!"
so we had to wait for the next bus; which we did.

we got home - and we ate Spaghetti Bolognaise :P

after that we just went back upstairs and i am now chillin like a villain.

Fry-Day

so today at around 3- pm that is; we went to burwood Westfield Shopping center to buy some clothes cos we had to dress up as something "S" for a party that we were about to go to.

i went as a skater so i bought a cool new shirt and a Flexfit hat. i wanted one of those anyway.

Leah dressed up as a soldier, the sexy kind :P
we went to the army disposals store and got a camo green shirt and a hat. we then went to the dollar store to buy a cheap arse toy gun.

Leah's friend YaeJi came along too - she dressed up as a surgeon, from SCRUBS :D

when we got there; there were asian guys outside talkin and they were all NOT in costume; it's cool - i look pretty Cas, and fly anyway.

but the girls... phew - i bet the S that they were going for was Slut cos most of em had the whole midriff thing goin, skirt which barely covers they underwear...
there were Students, Sailors and... i dunno.

but one group of people got pretty adventurous. there were 4 of them and they dressed up as the Scooby Doo Gang. problem was there were 3 guys and a girl... velma was played by a fat dude.

anyway, there was pizza and chips/crisps stretegically placed all around the room, even though it was an 18th there was no alcohol cos most of the ppl that came were underage.

anyway, Leah, Yeaj and I got our dance on.
i reluctantly did a short showcase of my "skills" and yeah... impressed a couple of ppl.

sadly the party was cut short cos the Bday girl got a bit sad about the turn out of the party - she expected more ppl.
so we went home, Yaeji is sleeping over tonight at Leah's, and both of them uploaded the pic from the party on facebook.

Furs-Day

woke up again at 7... for no apparent reason.
and slept again
and then woke up at 8:30
then slept
then woke up again at 9:30

then stayed up 0.0

we skipped breakfast and then got ready to the Bank cos Leah need to get like a traveller's Card thing.

Her friend invited us to watch Mirrors this morning at 10 but we had to cancel cos of this. but yknow what happened? the bank told her that she needed to get her passport and Driver's license.. and the convo only took 5 mins.

ugh - we coulda gone and watch Mirrors and hung out with her friends!

anyway, we went and ate; she got a chicken roll, i got a Meatball sub (footlong thanks very much) from subway. i was full afterwards.

we then went to shop for a dress... not me; Her.
Leah ended up buying like shirts instead of her dress. :P
we also made a pit stop to the Supermarket to grab some Tim Tams and a packet of marshmallows.

we then went home and just chilled, i played on the guitar and sang some songs; and i did my chubby bunnies video.

i'd still eat marshmallows after this... def.

we had dinner - Leah's Dad cooked the juciest, most delicious Lamb Chops i've tasted. it was like WOW.
too bad i was full so i couldnt eat more.

so anyway, after that we went back upstairs and we watched "The Classic"
Holy crap that movie's sad.
really. i didn't cry although sometimes i wish i was man enough to :P
it sucks not crying at a very emotional part of the movie...
like REALLY EMOTIONAL.

so many things are running through my mind right now because of that movie; argh.

but nevertheless "The Classic" is really good. i recommend all those who haven't seen it - see it. and those who have; See it Again!

anyway, Leah and i are now just on our comps; doing our rounds :P

WED-NEs_day

apparently 2 days ago today was supposed to be all thunderstorms and shizzle.
but not really - it was overcast (like cloudy) but it didnt rain one bit.

so today we got out of the house at 3pm, that's right lazy morning.

we went to meet Leah's friend Jenny at the train station to hang out, she also brought her friend Ryan along.
we went to this korean cafe thing and we ordered some sweets.
Leah recomended this Korean Versions of a filipino Halo Halo which is shaved ice with stuff like red beans and fruit preserves.
the korean version (called patbingsoo) had Actual Fruits, ice cream and Red Beans :9 nummy...
leah had a banana split with black sesame seed, mint choc chip and tiramisu ice creams.

all four of us shared and it was good :D

we talked and laughed and talked - it was fun. but leah and i had to go cos we were going to eat dinner at a thai restaurant nearby with her family and her Mom's boss.

food was great, here's a snap shot.



i ate Green Thai Curry with Lamb and Thai Fried Rice
Leah ate like some sort of salad and Leah's brother ate Lamb Shanks in curry.
AND for dessert: Fried Ice-cream!



then we just went home...

oh and did i tell you i can solve a rubix cube now?

Tuesday~!

so today was another sunny day, although it was a bit cloudy at first.
i had steak for breakfast (leftover from last night) and naturally with rice.

so anyway, leah had to go to the Phillipine Consulate in the city for her Visa stuff, and i went with her ofcourse - like i'd stay at home with nothing to do.

we missed the 1st bus cos we had to go back and get her documents and her mobile phone (or cell phone for you americans).
got on the 2nd bus no probs and went to this stop called "Museum" and the station looked like that station from Price Caspian, like really old school.
anyway, we met up with Leah's Dad and we went to the Phil. Consulate.

after a while, they finished and we went to Chinatown and ate Yum Cha!
it was pretty damn good, we got like... 7 things. i ordered steamed rice and Leah's dad left early so the food that we ordered for 3, i ended up having to finish what was left.
i was pretty full after.

so after that we just walked around and did some window shopping, we went to Bread Top (an asian bakery chain) and got some Mango Pancakes :P mmmm
we also stopped at a candy store and i bought Razzles and Hershey's Chocolate sauce.
oooh yeah!


anyway; we met up with Leah's mum and we did some fruit shopping and then headed home.

when we got home i was ready to take a nap but i got distracted by Youtube, topher and Christian.
it was time for dinner and we went out to order some Fish and Chips, i got some Battered Shrimp (which was pretty big - and i was still full from the yum cha) and Leah got some fried scallops.

afterwards we watched Get Smart (even tho i've seen it before it was still hella funny), the Finale of To My Internet Lover (which btw if you havent been watching... Get the Heck on it!) and soon Heroes!

so anyway, just writing this blog while my comment on the TMIL gets posted (somehow the internet is so slow)...

are Razzles supposed to be like kinda powdery? i might have gotten an old batch.

Monday blues

not that kind of blues.

i wish i should have taken a picture but when i woke up to day you could see the bluest sky ever outside the window. it was awesome.

so anyway, leah and i agreed to wake up at around 8... i somehow woke up at 7 >:(
so i slept for a bit more and then when leah did get up, i talked to their family for a bit before the went off to work/school.

i took a shower and we ate a quick breakfast before heading to the bus stop to travel to the train station.

ok to the non sydney people reading this blog - which is like All of yall, sydney trains are bomb. they're double decked, you can switch the seating whether to turn to one end of the train or the other and most importantly, they run on time.

Compared to the crap arse effort of the melbourne railway system >:(

so anyway, we arrived in Circular Quay (pronounced as "Key") and we walked around before going to the Museum of Contemporary Art. pretty good, although sometimes quite disturbing.
we went out, got ourselves some Starbucks and went to this place called "Pancake on The Rocks" it's this 24 hr Pancake place (they also sell like, steak and what not) that was the brain child of a couple of doctors who didnt have anywhere to eat during their graveyard shifts.

anywhoo, i ordered Fish and Chips and Leah, this slightly shorter than my height girl... orders RIBS.
like half a pig's set of RIBS; when they freaking brought the plate over it was like a Foot and a bit long (around 50cm) - the plate i mean.

so after a while, we got to talking and eating... i finished; and so did she.
like she ate all of it.

BEAST

anyway, afterwards we went to Town Hall (a shopping center) and we ended up watching a movie; we were tossing up between 007 or death race.

we picked Death Race cos it was earlier. and i wasnt dissapointed, its actually pretty good if you dont mind the blood and gore >:D

so we decided to head back and catch the bus home instead of the train, the bus was packed when we got in but we eventually got seats.
there were a brother and sister coming from school infront of us, they were just sitting down quietly, minding their own business until;

"Ahem, excuse me" says a middle aged Woman
"is there a rule now that children cant give up their seats for adults?"

0.0

all the kids could do was get up (still in a fairly packed bus) and let this Betch in.

i mean seriously, did she really have to ask them like she did? all it would have took was a soft, "uhm, excuse me. but do you mind if i can have a seat?"
and anyway, she was probably like - what - 40, 50 at the most. she's not even classified as freakin elderly! and she's got the cajones to ask for a damn seat from 2 kids? i mean, she didnt ask leah and i - no... she friggin picked on the smaller more easily influenced ones in the bus... >:(

What a wench.

all anger aside, we got back home and we had steak for dinner (i ate but leah didnt cos she was still full... no duh).

we went back up to leah's room and i talked to steven on skype, damn that guy is hilarious. i think the whole time we were talking to him, one of us 3 were atleast laughing or giggling.
we played a word game with Steven and he owned leah and i. he also tried to copy my Snoring video, and i told him all about utubedrama.com and amongst other things.
but then he had to go to sleep; being that it was almost 4am over in colorado.

so now i'm just writing this vlog, asking leah what's been happening all day - cos my short term memory is SHOT.

anyways; pretty crap that i didnt take any photos but i did take some video clips on my camera - hopefully i'll import them and upload em on the Tube.

so i watched the start and end of youtube live - didnt see much of the middle cos i was out having breakfast.

so it ends and i found out that there's a youtube live in tokyo and BoA's performing!
so i was like Sweet!
and leah was like Dude!
and i was like Sweet!
and she was like Dude!

ok i'll stop.

so anyway; we calculated the time and figured out that it'd be around 5:30pm sydney time, we waited until the fateful hour (and a half) arrived...

But there was no BoA.

there wasnt even a streaming video thingie.

it was just the damn channel; with its increasingly annoying autoplay...
WAAARGH

so leah and i wait.


and wait.

i refreshed and there's a new playlist and it said live performance so i was like; sweet! we get to see it.

but no - it was a freakin clip.
of ngl a girl who played drums really well.

i checked the jap youtbe blog and she was first to appear on the list of ppl. but she was meant to appear like 1hr ago.

Freakin hell! so are they just gonna upload bits of the whole thing? argh.

well while i wait for that i guess i'll just keep watching this bad arse recap.

ok so my dad makes me get in the car at 4pm; the WHOLE FAMILY drives me up to the airport (avalon - which is like the other side of the state for me) and we wait there for 3 bloody hours before i get on the plane and travel for 1 hour.

so far so "good"

so anyway, i meet my friend Leah and we go to her house. (i had to rephrase this sentence cos it made me think bad thoughts :P)
we're conversing and she then decides to go so she can edit her video downstairs.

i'm upstairs and i get changed to my sweatpants and talk to Garbo and Leah (yeah, i know what your thinking) on skype.

i then decide that i should go brush my teeth; cos cleanliness is next to Godliness.
anywhoo... as i open my bag of toiletries, i get my toothbrush case and open it.

havnt blogged for ages

so yeah, its summer holidays for me now.

that's 2 months of nothing.
just sitting around at home talking to people on the net and just generally being a sloth.
I could get a job, i mean i might.
i could just call my old manager and ask him if he could give me some shifts.
it wouldnt be too bad.

this also means i can do more vlogs.
that is if i can get some good ideas.
i've got a couple, but it'll take a while to do.
i have all the time in the world right?

i'm also going to sydney hopefully next monday.
i might spend a week there and visit my friend Leah.
and then the following saturday i'm going to the Aus One Youtube meet.
cos the last one i went to was FAIL.

anyway, i might go do a bit of house work just so my mom doesnt yell at me when she comes back from picking my sibs up from school.

yay! America voted for the right person! i'm very happy, even if i'm in australia.

cos even though Obama wont help me directly as a Leader; what he does in america will make ripples through out the rest of the world.

i guess we'll just have to wait for these next four years to see what he's really capable of - being commander in chief of the most powerful country in the world and all.

So today was the improv AUS.'S Frozen @ flinders, it was the absolute bomdigitty!
but i gotta be honest tho. there were too many people involved. It got too crowded SO alot of people ended up frozen standing, doing nothing for 5 minutes.

i recorded a bit of the action myself but I gave up and froze aswell :P
3 seconds into the freeze you can hear this huge yell and once it struck 7:00, absolute silence...

afterwards, I went and got some food and went home.

oh and also if you havnt been following my tweets; i got myself a brand spanking new Wacom Bamboo graphics tablet. it's no Graphire or Intuos, but it gets the job bloody well done.

so i'm happy.

Improv Australia

hey guys; just a short update.

i'm still working on my assignments - ergo - busy as a bee i am.

hopefully i'll be getting a graphic tablet on monday (tomorrow for me) so i'll be able to complete my work faster, especially my animation.

i'm just getting the Wacom Bamboo - dont have enough money for the Graphire.

on the other hand, i'm also participating in an Improv Australia stunt; the good 'ol Frozen *insert location*

we'll be doin it at Flinders St. Station from 7pm - 7:05pm but i'll need to be there at about 6:55. come and join if you're in the area.

i'm so excited. i'm gonna be wearing orange :D easier to spot on video :P

i just dunno what i'm going to be doing as i freeze... damn; i cant think of anything.
